small room street noise
the staff was helpful with directions.
my room was very small AND noisy. i booked a snug double room but it felt more like a closet. the noise from the street kept me awake most of the night, even with earplugs.

The bed seemed comfortable with three fluffy pillows.
I was bothered by the noise from the pub. It sits directly below rooms and starts early. EDM music played loudly at 7:30 AM. A request to lower the volume did not improve matters, and this ruined my morning.

central location friendly staff
The location is central. The staff were friendly. They provided quick assistance with directions and local recommendations. My room had a comfy double bed and a modern bathroom. I appreciated the provided tea and coffee facilities.
The soundproofing was not entirely effective. Noise from the street was occasionally audible.

adequate room friendly staff high noise loud music
the room size felt adequate and the staff appearance was neat.
the noise levels are so high because of the nearby pub, and this made it hard for me to sleep well, a big problem when you're trying to rest after a long day traveling. the constant loud music really kept me awake.
